In the village of Distant Holler, Jessa Pruit is the local jam factory owner who has worked hard to keep life preserved exactly as it was in her perceived heyday. But her life is thrown into turmoil when one of her daughters brings home a highly inappropriate man.

The Pruit's and the village of Distant Holler will never be the same again!

The First Lutheran Dinner Theater is a seminary scholarship fundraiser event. Tuition costs alone for church leaders run upwards of $14,000 per year for each student. To help reduce the debt students face once they have finished their education, First Lutheran assists with these tuition costs for its members attending ELCA Lutheran Seminary Institutions of Higher Learning.
